| Captains are all flight leaders in RFC 266. They have responsibility for organising training at the flight level, and lead the flight in combat operations. Promotion to Captain is subject to availability of flights. Equally, promotion from Captain would require either the retirement of the current Major or the creation of a new squadron due to great success in recruitment. | ||||||
